Nationals standards

My colleges

Standards from Preferred Recruit (trackandfieldstandards.com).

Colleges

Where these numbers come from: Preferred Recruit’s trackandfieldstandards.com, 2026–27. For most schools, the levels come from the 2026 conference championship: Target is about 8th place, Recruit about 15th, and Walk-on about 25th, converted to high school events (1600 from the 1500, 3200 from the 5000, 300 hurdles from the 400 hurdles). Power conferences like the ACC have no walk-on level, and many D3 conferences list only Target and Walk-on. Schools marked ★ publish their own chart. This demo covers 12 conferences (148 schools) across D1, D2 and D3; coaches have the final say.
